Licensed!

Matthew, my youngest, is now driving!
He practiced a great deal especially parallel parking
and spent hours behind the wheel with mom or dad beside him.
But still he was nervous going into the test.
The course for parallel parking was very different from the site where he practiced,
and that made it even more nerve racking.
Still I got a text from his dad that read:
He just nailed parallel parking and is out on the street!
(I stayed home because I can't bear to watch.)
Now all that was left was the easy part
but would he remember everything??
Apparently the tester was very impressed because he told
him that he did an
"EXCELLENT JOB".
Wow!
So now we have someone to run errands for us
and pick up people for us
and get groceries that we forgot
and wash cars for us
and...

Congratulations to my sweet baby boy!

  2. Just when I thought I was done teaching five children how to drive, I got a call from a friend who is from Africa and he has asked me to teach him to drive . . . here we go again!
